What do you consider the most difficult challenge facing this office and how would you address this challenge?
Our challenge is determining fund allocation for improvements and recreation while maintaining safety and services without increasing taxes. The current economy affects operation costs. We must continue monitoring our income and expenses cutting costs where appropriate. The stadium debt is still a paramount concern and requires financially sound decision-making.

Qualifications for This Office: 25+ years of management, sales and service experience. Five year member of the Eastlake Zoning Board of Appeals. Actively involved with our community and regular attendance at council meetings.
What do you consider the most difficult challenge facing this office and how would you address this challenge?
Financial stability, economic development and safety forces are the top three. Strong leadership and the right individuals in place are required to lead this city forward. Working together as a team for the common good of our community is a top priority for any of our goals to be accomplished.

How we will get through the current economic downturn. Continue to be fiscally responsible. Re evaluate our revenues and take actions if they start declining further.

Staying in budget and providing the residents with service. Working with the administration and all depts.. to stay on track with there budgets submitted and look at ways to bring in more revenue.

What do you consider the most difficult challenge facing this office and how would you address this challenge?
The city should have more recreational activities for families and children. Develop area around stadium to attract tourism (indoor water park/small amusement park/private museums). Eliminate trash and sewer tax. Create more revenue with events at stadium. Be responsive to Eastlake residence concerns.
