What do you consider the most difficult challenge facing this office and how would you address this challenge?
The current economic situation has severely reduced our revenue. Unfortunately, this situation has necessitated the village to make cuts in pay for all employees and service cuts for residents.
Our biggest challenge is how we can increase revenues by attracting business to the village.
