Proposed Charter Amendment 2 - Shall Article II, Sub-Section 2.22 - Council Meetings of the Charter of the City of Willoughby Hills be amended so as to provide that the Mayor shall have the right to introduce ordinances and resolutions, but shall not have a vote?

Proposed Charter Amendment 3 - Shall Article II, Sub-section 2.23 - Veto Power of the Charter of the City of Willoughby Hills be amended so as to provide if the Mayor does not approve ordinances or resolutions, Council shall be advised within fifteen (15)days prior to the next regular Council Meeting?
