I have been given the opportunity by my father to grab the reigns of the business and learn finance management, employee management, and customer service. This experience will directly reflect my leadership ability while holding a board seat.

What do you consider the most difficult challenge facing this office and how would you address this challenge?

Communication is the key to success in the management of any organization. It is immensely important that a local board of education within all communities is conscientious in communicating with citizens. I will accomplish this by harnessing the internet as a tool to easily communicate with all interested citizens.

Balance funding needs for our schools with available dollars paid by the Madison taxpayers. Weighing the educational needs of children, for all of our futures, versus the need of affordability by the property owners. We need to balance expectations of excellence versus economical funding afforded by the citizens.
