Qualifications for This Office: Prior to my appointment to Village Council in September 2006, I voluntarily served on Village Planning Commission for 10 years. Other committee appointments I serve on today are: MV Budget, Madison Fire Board Trustee, Economic Development, Audit, Ohio School Facilities Community Committee, IT & website, Design Review Board, CRA Housing Council.

What do you consider the most difficult challenge facing this office and how would you address this challenge?
The final decision to either retain the village utilities (water & sewer) or transfer ownership to Lake County. I will continue my efforts of challenging and encouraging council, engineering, administration, and the county to identify all of the elements, options, and all associated costs and discuss openly.

What do you consider the most difficult challenge facing this office and how would you address this challenge?

Economic development and impact on income tax based village revenue and future growth opportunities. A specifically directed, a well thought out designed and implemented high priority business plan to draw potential business owners to Madison Village.
