What do you consider the most difficult challenge facing this office and how would you address this challenge?
The strength of our local economy is one of our greatest assets and most difficult challenges. Economic incentives and programs are needed to attract businesses and help with the hurdles before them. Responsible spending and conservative budgeting are also needed to continue the highest level of services for our community.

Creating new economic job opportunities and retaining those jobs we presently have by continuing to reach out to local, regional and national companies to offer them a city do business in that will treat them as our customers, through incentives & great city services.
