What do you consider the most difficult challenge facing this office and how would you address this challenge?

Within the current economic conditions, finances present the biggest Village challenge. Expenditures must be closely monitored and maximization of revenues explored. Additionally, maintaining Village services is a high priority. Looking forward, carefully planning for future growth is also important. The Village also needs to continue to work with other local entities.
