I have 36 years of service at the Lake County Sheriff's Office; 16 years as Sheriff. I have all the qualifications necessary to register as a candidate. I am a life-long law enforcement professional.
What do you consider the most difficult challenge facing this office and how would you address this challenge?
The most challenging aspect facing the Sheriff's Office is meeting the increasing demands for service with a stagnant economy.
It will be necessary to continuously review and change how we deliver service. We will also need to adjust to and use technology to our greatest advantage.
