As a lifetime resident who has gone from being employed by the city to coaching little league teams, I have always given my time to the city. Now in these economic times, I feel we need a "watchdog" to check on all of the council's expenditures.

What do you consider the most difficult challenge facing this office and how would you address this challenge?

Balancing the budget would be the most difficult challenge in the next four years. The best way to address it it to prioritize it on what is best for the residents, with safety services being #1. After that, we need to question any & all expenditures thereafter.
